Show it 4 Free (James West) believes that all customers deserve to have our complete attention when purchasing anything on or off the Internet. That is why here at Show it 4 Free we work with the customer on a one to one basis. We offer flexibility in purchasing options and delivery options.

Why purchase through Show it 4 Free? Because that is what we do. Here at Show it 4 Free we have the time to listen to each customer with out the interruptions others may have. The artists on this site that have asked Show it 4 Free to take care of the selling process want the customer to have that personal attention that they themselves may not be able to give at any particular moment.

Art may be purchased many ways: Personal Check, Money Order (USA, Canada, International), Western Union (Accepts up to $900.00 on your Credit card through the Internet. Higher amounts if paying in Cash at a Western Union Agent. USA, Canada, International), PayPal E-mail payment service (Accepts many different payment methods and is very secure. USA only. International coming soon). Other arrangements can be made if available.

All funds must be paid in US currency and refunds or payments to Artists will also be made in US currency.

Artwork can be shipped via: United Parcel Delivery Service (UPS Recommended, USA, Canada and International), United States postal Service(USA, Canada only), Greyhound Bus Lines (USA only), or any other means if these are not available in your area. Buyers are responsible for all funds due for shipping, handling, Insurance and any other fees associated with delivery of any item bought through Show it 4 Free. (These fees will be added to your total cost of the artwork and payment must be made in one lump sum before Artwork will be shipped.)

Delivery of items may take 2 to 4 weeks sometimes longer depending on destination.

What about Security? Remember when you use a credit card to purchase an item you have the security that comes with your card. All information received from both buyers and Artists are kept confidential. Show it 4 Free (James West) will not sell or distribute any information to third parties. Shipping information will only be distributed to the Artist and shipping company involved in your purchase.(Information will be given when required by law)

What about security in receiving the artwork and not being scammed? When you have agreed to purchase an item through Show it 4 Free (James West) you will receive the important information about Show it 4 Free (Address, Phone # so on) This is so that you can call and check if we really exist. Here is how the change of funds work: You agree to purchase an item(s). You send your payment to Show it 4 Free (James West) via the options above. Once payment is received and funds have cleared Show it 4 Free makes arrangements for that item(s) to be shipped. Once the item is received by you in good condition Show it 4 Free pays the Artist. All artwork purchased through Show it 4 Free is nonreturnable.

All art purchased through Show it 4 Free (James West) is insured. If an item should arrive damaged contact us immediately with the information from the carrier about the damaged item and we will work with you and the shipper one on one to reimburse your purchase price. (In most cases the shipping charges will be reimbursed also)

When requesting to purchase artwork: Artwork will be held when available for 7 days for payment arrangements. Once arrangements have been made the item will be held for 10 days for payment. If payment does not arrive or funds do not clear, the item will be released and become available for sale. If you request an item that is currently on hold you will receive an e-mail. If such item becomes available for sale and you are the next person requesting to purchase the item another e-mail will be sent giving you the option to continue with the purchase or cancel. (Requests can be canceled at any time prior to sending of funds. Once funds are sent to Show it 4 Free (James West) the sale is considered Final.)

Legal disclaimer.

Show it 4 Free is a service provided to both buyers and sellers (Artists). Buyers receive our service for free. Artists that have agreed to have Show it 4 Free (James West) sell their work are charged a nominal fee.

Show it 4 Free is not a reseller of art. Our service is to provide one on one interaction with buyers and sellers to help insure that artwork is distributed in a flexible, reliable way allowing both parties to enjoy Artwork without the worries associated with shopping on the Internet. At no time will Show it 4 Free be liable for the misrepresentation of Artwork, actions of shipping companies, financial institutions of other 3rd parties involved with the distribution of any item through Show it 4 Free. By ordering through Show it 4 Free you agree to allow Show it 4 Free (James West) to represent you in the distribution of the funds provided to purchase artwork and for the purpose of shipping, handling and insuring the said artwork.

Buyers are responsible for all funds due for shipping, handling, Insurance and any other fees associated with delivery of any item bought through Show it 4 Free. (These fees will be added to your total cost of the artwork and payment must be made in one lump sum before Artwork will be shipped.)

Once funds are received by Show it 4 Free (James West) the sale is considered Final and will not be returned unless the artist misrepresented his artwork as stated above.

Show it 4 Free (James West) is also protected by all International, Federal, State and Local laws not mentioned here.

The Artist and Buyer are also protected by all International, Federal, State and Local laws in there country not mentioned here.
